Susan received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and has dedicated her entire career to serving others and helping them to maintain optimal wellness. Prior to her role at Briggs Home Care, Susan served in numerous other leadership roles in hospitals, residential senior living, and home health care services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and pursing her love of the great outdoors.
