Knowing the right time to seek care for a loved one can be challenging. Some common signs to watch for that may indicate help is needed in the home can include: an increased risk for falls, often due to a recent hospitalization or a newly diagnosed health condition; a change in mood, hygiene or memory; and confusion in day-to-day tasks.
